Executive Board

Presides over and represents the organization.  He shall act as Executive Liaison to the Professional & Academic Development, as well as the Nutritional & Life Enrichment Committees.

He shall be responsible for program planning for all regular meetings, assist with other activities/duties in the absence of the President and act as Executive Liaison to the Membership and Service Committees.

Receives and records all financial transactions associated with the organization and distributes receipts.  She shall act as Executive Liaison to the Fundraising Committee.

She shall record and maintain reports and minutes of the organization.  The secretary shall work closely with the Chair of the Communications Committee by serving as the Executive Liaison.

Assures that meetings and official business of the RHE organization are recorded and conducted in accordance with parliamentary procedure as set forth in Roberts’ Rule of Order.  She shall act as Executive Liaison to the Special Activities Committee.

He shall actively recruit and attend all meetings, practices and games, participate in organization’s long-standing or ad hoc initiatives and establish transparency between the E-Board and organization’s members by dissemination of pertinent information.

Shall counsel with officers, members, and committees of the organization to assist in successfully accomplishing the organization's internal goals, while actively improving mutually beneficial collaborations with the surrounding community.
