Practicing the Philosophy of Continuous Movement

My advice to an aspiring athlete would be to never stop learning or working for what you want. Nothing comes easy in life...EVER! If you want something, you have to diligently work on it and continuously seek to learn from people who have something to teach. It’s just like anything else, practice makes perfect; however, keep in mind that you can practice your football skills eight hours a day, but if your technique is wrong, then all you become is very good at playing your position the wrong way. Thus, ensure you get the fundamentals down and then you will notice that everything you do is elevated. On your path to greatness, you have to work from one point to get to the other. In fact, a strong work ethic will take you far in life; therefore, remember to always apply yourself and motivate yourself by reinforcing your purpose...because when you’re not practicing, someone somewhere is...and if you two ever meet on the field of battle, assuming you two have roughly the same abilities, the other person will win. Why? Cause successful people aren’t the most gifted people in their fields...they are just the ones that worked, studied and practiced more than their competition.
